Refund policy
Pet Happiness Guarantee:
White Dog Bone offers a Pet Happiness Guarantee on products that are purchased from our store. If you or your pet are not satisfied with a product purchased, we will refund, replace or exchange the product in question. However, we do not guarantee that your pet will not destroy a toy or chew as nothing is indestructible unless stated by the manufacturer. We are happy to make suggestions on toys and chews, but each dog's chewing ability is different.
Return/Refund:
We will gladly accept the return of dry goods that are unopened and re-sellable for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted on frozen products due to the nature of the product and the inability to ship it without a refrigerant.
