Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority or USPS Ground Advantage.

Shipping Time:

Most orders are shipped with 1-2 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Inventory is rapidly changing so some discrepancies may occur leading to delays in shipping. We are not responsible for inventory errors. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Orders will also not be shipped on holidays as determined by the shipping service selected. Item is considered in stock if it is available to us with 5 business days.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by White Dog Bone or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. 

If you select expedited FedEx service, please be aware that FedEx Express does NOT operate on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders will not move through their system on those days.

Free shipping on orders over $49 excludes frozen/perishable goods.

FROZEN/PERISHABLE GOODS:

Frozen/Perishable orders are shipped in insulated coolers and packed with dry ice. Orders will only be shipped Monday-Thursday. Most orders placed prior to 7 AM Wednesday will be shipped the same week. Temporary out of stock items may cause some delays.

Fedex Transit Times:
