The Scout bed has a removable liner for easy washing. The bed is filled and compressed with polyfill in the USA. It is available in trend-forward colors, so it blends perfectly in any style home. It is also available in 4 sizes, so every pup can have a Scout bed. Once your bed arrives, carefully remove the liner from the bag, shake, then insert in the cover. You should allow 24 to 48 hours for the bed to expand, decompress and return to its full loft.
*Your Scout Bed will arrive with its liners compressed. Carefully open the liners and give them a shake. The polyfill inside the liners will fully open and expand to its proper loft and size in about 24-48 hours.

How long does it take for an order to ship?
Most orders are shipped with 1-2 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Inventory is rapidly changing so some discrepancies may occur leading to delays in shipping. We are not responsible for inventory errors. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Orders will also not be shipped on holidays as determined by the shipping service selected. Item is considered in stock if it is available to us with 5 business days.
How do I manage my autoship order?
You can manage your order by accessing the autoship portal within your customer account. Directly below "My Orders" you will see "Manage Subscription". If you have any trouble our customer support team will gladly help you make the necessary changes.
