Instructions:

For dry coats: Drop a small amount in the palm of your hands, rub together and lightly smooth over the coat. Quickly illiminates the frizzes and helps with flakey skin.

For wet coats: Apply full strength as above after shampooing and towel drying. Or dilute in warm water and apply with an applicator tip or sponge on to achieve a move even application.
