Active: per 1 tsp (4g): Amino Acid Blend (L-carnitine 50mg, L-thionine 25mg) 75mg, Ashwagandha 250mg, Chondroitin sulfate 50mg, Glucosamine HCI 250mg, Niacin (vitamin B5) 15mg

Inactive: Cinnamon, Coconut Oil, Oat Bran, Oat Flour, Peanut Butter

Directions:

25lb and under: 1 tsp

26lb-50lb: 2 tsp

50lb+: 3tsp

Administer daily. For best results administer prior to stress inducing event or sperate amount morning and evening.
