WhiteDogBone offers a Pet Happiness Guarantee on products that are purchased from our store. If you or your pet are not satisfied with a product purchased at whitedogbone.com, we will refund, replace and exchange the product in question. However, we do not guarantee that your pet will not destroy any toy or chew as nothing is indestructible unless stated by the manufacturer. We are happy to make suggestions on toys and chews, but each dog's chewing capability is different.
Return/Refund:
We will gladly accept the return of dry goods that are unopened and re-sellable for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless an error was made by WhiteDogBone.
Returns will not be accepted on frozen products due to the nature of the product and the inability to ship it without a refrigerant.
